Narrative

#1 raw mll liner replacement project. EE was using ""T"" handle jack hammer to remove #1 raw mill liner bolts. EE's hand slipped causing his right finger to be smashed between bit latch and jack hammer barrel. X-rays confirmed fracture to right finger between hand and first knuckle. Placed in splint and returned to work.
