Narrative

The forks of the fork lift were not in the channels of the manlift cage. Injured ee and other ee were standing in the cage. Another ee was backing up the fork lift and the cage tipped. Injured ee and other ee fell out of the cage and bottles of Oxygen and Acetylene fell on them.
