Piece of iron stock fell from lid of crusher while doing maintence and hit EE on L elbow. The EE was attempting to beat a bolt loose with a piece of steel, EE said he was fine , but foreman offered to take EE to ER, but he refused. Foremen insisted and EE get it checked out by DR.
