## Narrative

Employee stated he was lifting and moving the Cont. Miner cable over when he must have overextended his knee. He worked until 10/08/2008 when a MRI was done. The MRI showed a lot of osteoarthr itis and maybe an acute meniscal tear. Also both knees had prior surgery and report showed that his condition had been deteriating before this. His knees are worn out.
