Narrative

The employee was operating a shuttle car down grade toward the feeder when a piece of rib (4.5'L x 2'W x 0""-12""T with a 2"" rock binder) fell on his leg. The employee reported the piece became wedged between the rib and his chest before he got the machine stopped. He received bruised across his chest and legs.
