## Narrative

Employee was loading a rail car top (which was wet from rain) on track 2. While descending the ladder with now wet boots his foot slipped on the ladder and his right leg came in contact with a metal strapping which caused a 1/2"" cut just below the knee. First aid was administered with the help of his supervisor. At end of shift he sought medical treatment and received 3 stitches.
