## Narrative

EE was releasing stored energy off a hdy. cylinder & it appeared to have been released. He started removing the fitting, loosening it with a wrench & then with his hand. There was stored energy on the cylinder & it blew out striking the employee on his left hand between thumb & index finger. The grease blew a hole thru his glove & made a laceration, injecting grease under the skin.
