Narrative

Employee was throwing yield props across the belt line and started hurting in his stomach. (Umbilical Hernia)on 06/20/2007, he was operating a tractor and hit a bump, had pain in his stomach. (Umbilical Hernia again) This type of hernia is a fatty membrane thru the abdominal wall because of a weak spot from the umbilical cord during fetal life. This is an Illness not a injury.
