## Narrative

Employee was using a 60"" bar while closing a bottom discharge slide/gate on a rail car. The slide was difficult to move. The bar slipped from the slide ""knuckle"", causing the employee to fall forward, mashing two fingers on his right hand between the bar and RR track rail.
