## Narrative

Employee reported: Standing alongside the FCT waiting for the machine to be backed so he could cross the section. Without warning, draw rock fell from between the rib bolt pie pan and the rib. It struck the mine floor and flipped over striking his right leg. The diagnosis is a small chipped bone at the base of his tibia where it connects to the ankle.
