Narrative

Employee was helping another worker take down monorail beams at the headgate area of the 5 west off cool hill 3 longwall section. As he attempted to lift a piece of monorail, he felt something ""pop"" in his left shoulder. He tripped and fell to the ground with the monorail on top of him. As he got up, he felt a burning, pinching in his back.
