## Narrative

Employee was using a water lance to unplug a feed chute to 3-1 weigh belt.  Employee was holding the lance pointing it upward when a piece of scale fell striking the lance.  Employee states this caused the lance to jerk up while he was still holding it and caused a strain to both shoulders.(shoulder surgery refer due to day off by 220090630041)
