## Narrative

Employee was using a 12lb mallett to strike a 2' long 2"" wrench. Employee swung the mallett and struck his left index finger with the mallett causing the employee to smash his finger. Employee was taken to Little River Hospital were he received 6 stitches and was returned to work at full duty.
