Narrative

EE reported that while untying a ship, the rope fell between the dock & the bumper. When he pulled on the rope, he twisted left knee & noticed that it was little stiff. He did not feel the need for medical attention, but wanted to report the incident. He was evaluated by medical, returned to work with restrictions.
