## Narrative

The miner listed below was drilling a hole into a piece of sheetmetal on an excavtor with a 3/8"" drive electric hand drill. As the bit broke through the other side, the bit ""grabbed"" and started jerking. The drill slipped out of his hands and spun around striking his right hand.
