## Narrative

An employee was walking in the pit on shot material, which is uneven ground.  She was carrying approximately 20 sticks of lathe and the GPS on her back.  After walking for a while she got a sharp pain through her lower back.  She rested for a minute and when she took another step the pain worsened.  At this time, she reported the pain in her back to her supervisor.
