Narrative

EE has had 3 sessions of cortisone shots from October of 2007 til August of 2008 for Lateral Epicondylitis (Tennis Elbow). He went in for surgery on 10/13/08 for his left elbow. This illness is caused by reported twisting movements of hand, wrist or forearm done during everyday activity.
