Employee stated that he fell on an icy patch, twisting his right leg underneath him. He complained of back pain and was taken to the Emergency Room for evaluation. Employee lost 1 work day and returned to work 11-3-08. He began losing time again on 11-5-08. (Dr slip off work until further notice)
