## Narrative

The miner operator was operating the remote control miner on the 6-Mains section. The first S/C was loaded & the miner operator made the connection from the 5 entry to the 5 to 6 X-cut at 15 block. The operator was loading the 2nd S/C & was in the process of trimming the bottom when a frictional ignition occurred. The flash was orange/yellow in color & lasted a few seconds.
