## Narrative

EE stated as he was exiting the 463 bob cat, he felt a pain in his thoracic area of his back. He stated that he took some advil to relieve the pain, but after 2 hrs he states that it is feeling worse. He aslo stated that when he was moving scrap vessel chain around yesterday (10/30/08), he may have aggravated his back.
