Unintentional roof fall discovered during inspection. Fall location is #2 Belt, #6 hdg, 11 block, inby station 5102. Fall measured approximately 20'L X 18'W X 7'H. Previously supported with 6' torque tension bolts and was developed on or about 04-10-04. Overburden approximately 300'.
