## Narrative

Employee was trying to locate a leak in the 8"" vacuum line from the clay drum filters. When he ran his hand over the area of the pipe where he suspected the leak to be located, the vacuum sucked part of his left hand into a hole in the pipe. He subsequently pulled his hand out lacerating the middle finger of his left hand on the sharp edge of the rusty hole.
