Narrative

He was installing a side rail for conveyor belt structure. The rail would not engage in the cradle on the stand due to misalignment. The side rail would not quite reach far enough into the stand's cradle. He grasped the side rail and pulled the side rail back. Fell out of cradle, dropped to ground. The tip of his right index finger caught between rail and cradle, caused laceration.
