Victim, an unknown male, trespassed onto property that adjoins to the mine property after hours of operation. Parked car within 50' of public road right of way. Placed hose into car tail pipe and into car cab. Victim died inside of car in back seat. Not an EE, contractor or customer. Unknow victim to Weidle Corp.
