A roof fall was found in the 2-1 x-cut at #217 block near spad #2298. It fell between intersections. 50' long x 17' wide x 8' high. It was mined 3 months prior. It was bolted with 5/8 x 60"" & 72"" fully grouted bolts. The area was timbered & dangered off. It will not be cleaned up.
