## Narrative

The EE was bolting the No. 2 left crosscut and had drilled the last roof bolt hole in the place. The coal height was too low in the area to put the 42"" resin roof bolt in the hole. As he was bending the roof bolt slightly to get the bolt in the hole, he felt a pain in the right side of his lower back, near his rib cage.
