EE was attempting to free up a steel skid hung up on the treshold of a walk thru mandoor at #31 1/2 wall, 3 north when the 3/8"" chain that was chained to the 3 north #2 belt drive broke releasing the sheave block that was under tension and he was struck in the right forearm by the sheave block.
