Employee has stated his elbow has given him problems for some time. This day while helping pull belting around a drive, the elbow again starts hurting. Everytime he uses his arm in a repetitive movement there is discomfort. Dr. diagnois it as Lateral Epicondylitis (tennis Elbow or tendonitis) with Ulnar neuritis of this nerve.
