## Narrative

While unloading pipe, the employee lost his footing causing the pipe to move, smashing both hands in-between two pieces of schedule 120 pipe.  The employee sustained two fractured finger tips on his left hand and two bruised finger tips on his right hand.  The employee was released back to full duty.
