Roof fall occurred on the active pillar line on 001-0 Section while 3-cut pillaring. The cont. miner was completing right hand cut in pillar between Nos. 5 & 6 headings when rock fell fouling the head. Before miner was freed, a large slip fell on cont. miner, across #5 heading & into the intersection. The fall was in a slip & had not been detected prior to pillaring activities.
