Narrative

Abandoned car noticed near stack around 1:30pm. Police were called-they stated its' an abandoned car and left. In the morning, smoke was coming from car. EE put out fire. Police were called again, they checked inside of car and found body of a man. Car and body were removed by Detroit Police around 10:30am
