A roof fall was reported at 8:15AM on 12/3/2008 at x-cut 104 entry 5 main south. The fall was in a four way intersection that had been mined in November of 1991. Intersection was bolted with 6' resin pins. No injury or property damage resulted. There are no plans to clean up this fall. Reported because it was seen from travelway.
