Narrative

A Fall of Roof occurred in the 2nd Northeast parrallels, at spad 4 + 90, x-cut # 7, between # 7 and # 8 Entry. The fall was approx 25ft long x 10ft wide x 6 1/2ft high. Undetected void in the top was determined to be the cause of the fall.
