## Narrative

Employee alledged he tripped over a conveyor chain on the mine floor while on a Labor safety inspection. We feel he was employeed by the local on this day and we deny the injury. Also his diagnosis from a Neuro. MD was that he had Lumbar Spondylosis which is a degenerative disorder of the spine. This is a pre-existing condition which causes it to be Occup. Illness.
