Narrative

EE and a co-worker were attempting to clean # 9 belt head when a rib rolled. The rib fell between the timbers, hit injured with a glancing blow and knocked him to the ground. The height in the area was 89"". The rib roll never pinned or trapped him. He was treated on the scene & transported to the hospital where he was diagnosed with a dislocated hip.
