Weekly examiner found a roof fall at 8th South right return #6 entry at #6 x-cut. There had been a previous roof fall in the x-cut 6-7 and the intersection fell in approx. 20' x 15' x 7-8 feet high. The area was dangered off and timber set at both accesses. Does not impede ventilation and is not an escapeway.
