Employee was bonding bare copper ground grid cable to the inside web of a structural steel beam. The contents inside the cadweld mold exited the bottom of the mold, and onto the employee's left forearm. The employee was wearing leather gloves, faceshield, hard hat, long sleeved cctton shirt.
