EE was inspecting finish mill #2 sweep dust collector for bad bags. EE found a bad bag and cut it in an attempt to free up bag. At this time build-up on other bags let loose and struck EE in the face, knocking off safety glasses and entering left eye. EE scratched cornea of eye and alkali burns.
