## Narrative

Injury had exited the scale house to retreive a file from a company vehicle. While walking back towards the scale house, Injury was stepping up from the scale apron to the walkway, approx. 8"" height,& was not sure if she slipped causing her to fall forward landing on her knees,hands, striking her head on the metal walkway & rail.
