Narrative

EE as positioned approx 2-3' from the coal rib, when a section of the rib collapsed and struck him on the back. The EE continued to work and perform his normal job duties. He went to the doctor on 12/16/08 and was referred to a specialist by the doctor. On 12/22/08 we were informed the EE has a compression fracture.
