A roof fall was discovered at 3 main 14x-cut #6 hdg. 4 way intersection. Fall was 20 feet long 20 feet wide and 14 feet high. No men or equipment were injured or trapped, no ventilation or transportation were affected. Fall was 5,000 feet out-by the section. The area was bolted with 6 foot fully grouted resin bolts and 12 foot cable bolts on 8x8 foot pattern.
