In 2006 employee initially reported he was experiencing pain in his left elbow which he feels is related to the repetitive motion using hand tools as an electrician for many years but continued to work without restrictions. In August 2008 he requested additional care for his elbow and was scheduled for surgery on January 6, 2008.
