## Narrative

The utility crew was moving a section of 6"" discharge hose. The hose was covered with a large amount of snow. They hooked a pickup up to pull it out from the deep snow cover. When they pulled the section out, a section of 6"" plastic pipe was connected to it came out.  This struck just below his Rt knee, restricting his activities for three days.
