Narrative

Employee was taking down 2"" pipe on utility truck. He was holding the other end of the pipe with one hand while he took the coupler off. When the coupler came off the far end of the pipe slipped out of the chain and fell on the back rail of the work deck. The pipe bounced up and struck him on the left side under the rib cage.
