A roof fall occurred in the #9 seam in the East Mains in the intersection of crosscut #23 in #4 entry measuring approximately 18ft. x 18ft. x 12ft high. This area was supported with 6ft. tension rebar bolts, 9ft. meag bolts and 12ft. cable bolts.
