Narrative

At approximately 5:30 a.m. the employee was dismounting from a haul truck. The ladder was wet from snow. He lost his grip and fell approximately 15 feet to the ground. He was transported to the hospital. His diagnosis was a dislocated finger and compression fracture of the L1 and L3 vertebrae.
