Narrative

Employee was working around #1 slaker back flushing a pump. He completed the task & upon entering the control room removed his goggles. When he did this there was some filter aid/lime stuck to his goggles and a piece fell in his eye causing a corneal abrasion. Eyedrops were prescribed.
