Narrative

An unintentional roof fall occurred on the Galatia Mine Galatia North Portal travelway at crosscut 50 4500'. The fall was approx 25-30' long, approx 19-20' wide and approx 6-8' thick. The fall did not affect vetiltation. The fall will not be cleaned up.
