## Narrative

Injured Miner was using a pry bar to remove a blockage from the secondary crusher.  While using the pry bar, he felt a ""pop"" in his right shoulder.  On 1/24/2009 the Dr. confirmed a dislocation of the right shoulder with a possible rotartor cuff tear.
