EMPLOYEE STATES HE WAS CARRYING A VENT TUBE. HE WENT TO TURN AND HIS LEFT FOOT STUCK IN THE MUD, CAUSING HIS LEFT KNEE TO TWIST. RECORDABLE MEDICAL TREATMENT FOR THIS DID NOT OCCUR UNTIL 01/23/2009.
